IR deactivation request given on 22nd oct. Till date Airtel has not refunded the amount charged as deposit for Internation Roaming. Called up customer care probably thousand times for the status but failed to get the right information. At times customer care just disconnects the line with out giving any valid information. Customer care promises to call back regarding the issue, never does!! I have decided to knock the doors of consumer court. Hell with Airtel.
