False commitments by the Airtel customer care executives!

Hi,

This is sreenivasula Reddy. My mobile no: 9790712020

First i took prepaid conection with 1 year incoming facility option, After one day i was changed to Prepaid with 149 amount connection. For that i submitted two times address proof in which first time i submitted water bill and power bill and the second time i submitted My PASSPROT.

But Why you are suspended my services still it is not activating. I request you to look into that.

I am verr thankful for updatinfg of that.
