Change of Plan

Dear Sir,

I am one of millions of satisfied customers of Airtel for many years now.

However, I feel that with somany new and innovative plans coming-out almost daily to attract new customers and to beat the competion, you do not up date your loyal clients as well.

may I request you to suggest a more economical plan for me, I need a subsidised STD facility to keep in touch with my Children located elsewhere and of course limited local usage.

Also I am not able to send SMSs since a few days, kindly check why?
