I think airtel got plenty of customers so that forgot to care about customers For the mistake of airtel and customer carelessness of airtel I’m suffering.
3 months back I had submitted written request for my broadband relocation and address change in personal to airtel executives at adyar, Relocation done but the latest address not reflected in bill, for that continuously I raised lot more complaints but no use, finally I made call on 10 Jul 09 and explained everything but the customer care executive said that walk down to airtel show room again and submit written request again but I explained that ‘mistake is your side why should I suffer finally I requested him to transfer the call to his manager ; he transferred the call to blind number and I was waiting more than 15 mins for response, but went in vain; immediately again I made the second call and explained what happened in my first call, that executive also ended my call with some rough reply without expecting my answer; I doubted about whether Airtel has customer care or not also I think airtel got plenty of customers so that forgot to care about customers. few days again I made a call and explained everything and demanded for a solution, but they connected to some body and said that she is manager, she said that solution provided and within two days it will be reflected, but everything was eyewash.
Finally I lost the hope of airtel customer care.
