Change of plan without confirmation/intimation

Dear Sir,

I came to know through your phone call on my no.9868342802, which dialed through no.911244809600 that my data card no.9818862632 has generated the bill of an huge amount of Rs, 5728/- .

I am very shocked to see the bill of that much amount, as you can see the back records of my usages for your reference that I have never exceeded the limit and made payment under self-care scheme and foremost in time.

I want to mention here that I just inquired to change my plan on 9th May and the call centre executive has given me a reference no. and told to go to nearest Airtel Centre i.e., on Pusa Road New Delhi, and do request there to change the plan with the same reference number then only the plan would be changed. But we never proceeded to change the plan and now I came to know that without any further confirmation from my side or any intimation from Airtel, the plan has been changed. My bill plan has been changed at your discretion only.

As per the advice of call center executive neither I have confirmed nor been intimated by Airtel regarding the plan change. Since I have not been informed regarding my plan change therefore, I assume that my scheme is running under the old plan i.e. Rs.350/- P.M. and 500 MB data transfer.

Therefore I don’t owe any liability towards this bill.

Please send me the corrected version of bill as soon as possible so that I could make payment in time.

Today, I had talk with call center executive Mr. Praveen but he was very adament not capable to resolve this problem.

I am using Airtel data card (No. 9818862632) since last more than one year under a monthly plan of Rs.350/- and 500 MB free data download scheme.

If I could have the information that my plan has been changed by Airtel then I never use that for such huge amount. Even though there is a usage limit for me of Rs. 1900/- when my usage was exceeding the they did not inform me.

Regarding this problem I had talk with airtel executive and wrote the mail also but they are not listening the problem and saying the charges are valid and forcing me to pay wrong bill amount. I need your guidance and cooperation to solve this problems of Airtel please.
