Problems in airtel data cards

Please find the problem list which we are facing from mid of Sep’09 as below:

1. When we connect airtel usb, after getting connected. When we try to connect WINDOWS LIVE MESSENGER, it gets connected within 2-5 mins., but as soon as its get logged in, within 1 min. It gets disconnected.

2. Further with reference to above matter, when some browser is open or under process, when we try to connect any messenger, it is not getting connected. And we gets error for connection problem.

3. The transfer rate is very slow around 1-2kb/s. In edge connection which is less than gsm-grps connection.

4. Using Microsoft outlook for sync. Of mails, if we get mail with attachment of 5 mb or more, it takes time for near by 20mins.

5. Using Microsoft outlook for sync. Of mails, if we get mails of total size of 10MB or more, the sync. Will start at good speed and after downloading half of the mails i.e. 8-10 MB, it gets refresh and again starst synchronising from the zero level.
