Airtel Internet Server Down Frequently

I need mobile connectivity in my laptop. I ave a Airtel Gold Post paid connection for internet with USB data card. The Airtel internet server is down frequently. I am very much disappointed with the service they provided. Even in urgent situation I can not access the internet from Airtel.
