Poor Quality Service

I purchased Airtel Digital TV and preferred it as I thought they will have better quality, but i was wrong :

1. They commit that they will install digital TV with in 4 hrs to 24 hrs but I waited for 72 hrs for Engineer call.

2. They gave me slot for installation of 10 AM to 11 AM, Sunday but no call during that time and at end I called customer support, they have fixed another slot on Monday. Monday is working for us and no body is there during working hours. Wasted five days and 20 times called customer care.

3. Customer care is very poor, misleading and error prone.

I had horrible experience with Airtel digital TV, I asked escalation process, no answer.
