In todays era if anyone can show as to how to turn off a customer by customer service, I believe Airtel would be no 1.
For even a small problem, you need to call the pune center several times, give the same story at least to 200 different people...& in the end the Customer support officer will say... Sir I am sorry, but I cannot help you
God, If by chance you purchase the package & want to call call center for some Issue then I ld suggest that you forget the remaining money you have in package as most likely chances are that you ll end up spending the same ammount of money calling up call center.
