Services disconncted even after full payment

Dear Sir/Madam

I am one of the customers using digital TV since 13-2. I applied on line by paying Rs. 3500/- through my credit card for Digital TV (Ultra Package) as a result I received Voucher of Rs.1750 (Activation voucher), Recharge voucher of Rs.750 and ten recharge vouchers of Rs. 100 each (1750 750 1000=3500). I got my digital TV installed on 13-2 and Activation voucher of Rs. 1750 was used by company's engineer for installation purpose. I was asked to recharge my account with remaining vouchers after 24 hours within 72 hours. I successfully recharge my account with Rs.750 voucher. But I could not recharge my account with remaining 10 vouchers of Rs.100 each. I tried numerious times but always received an error message that Recharge pin is invalid. I also tried to Contact Customer Care Executive on company's Toll Free and Tolled numbers numerious time but due any fault in their system I could not talk to Customer care executive. Then sent a mail to compay describing my problum, one on 15/2, another mail on 17/2 but I did not get any response from the company. Eventually my connection was disconned on 20/2.
