I have taken the Digital TV (AIRTEL) under samsung offer on Jan 1. This was free for 5 months.
January 31 I took, Second connection under same customer ID. This was from Big Bazar offer. I was given the offer for Rs 1099/=. But after installation I found that Rs 1750 was dedected from my account. When I complain, they recified the error. The error was rectified in Feb 26.
On March 26, I recieved the message that Rs 637/= has been detected from my account and it is now negative 386. So I should recharge immediately otherwise my connection will be off by 28 March midnight. I again complain on 28 march witha request that services may continue till it is resolved.
My complain was registered.
To my surprise, the services were disontinued on 28 march Midnight.
Till today, 8 April, there is complain has not been resolved (it is in open mode). I have called Airtel many time in between but there is no response / reply.
