I spoke with the customer care executive and came to know that my Airtel Digital TV account (3 Months Free) is valid only for 2 months; however I have taken the connect on 29th March and informed that it will be valid for 3 months.
Please let me know why the discrepancy is there between the comments on the sales executive and the customer care executive.
To being a renowned company Airtel can’t cheat the customers like that and I want to take this matter into Consumer Forum for further assistance
