My account suspended even after Recharge till 13 Jul

Dear Sir,

I had recharged my account with Rs.250 Voucher about 8days ago. And I had got the message that my account is valid till 13 July. But when i got a topup of kids Plus for Rs25 about five days ago. I got a sms from TA-DTH that my account balance is in negative so i should recharge it. And today morning it got suspended. I am surprised why my my account has been suspended though it was recharged a week ago.
