Wrong deduction from my balance and very rude customer care

Hi,

My name is Ashok Singh and my Customer ID id is 3000103916.

This is really sad and depressing thing I have come across during my experience with Airtel Digital TV.

In month of June i recharged my account because my 6 months free subscription was over with 300.

But after successful recharge also my Airtel digital TV was not going so i called up customer care to get it solved. Executive didn't help me properly and problem continued there was no hardware or network problem in my setup.

There is a blue button in remote that was to be pressed that and their customer care executive was not able to resolve. So i tried by my own and problem got solved and these guys sent their technical guy at my door step at that time problem was over.

the account balance that was meant for viewing was deducted for that stupid visit, i called these guys several times but didn't get any solution.

Now, main point, why did engineer visit our place, for what reason did he come, who called him and why are we not agreeing to pay for that. these guys have to understand this. Because this is not a matter of 300 Rupees, it's a matter of our belief in Airtel Digital TV, and matter of cheating us. If we agree today for this, their is no guarantee that these guys will not repeat this crime.

Engineer was sent by them to resolve that problem, which their call center guy could have solved, but their call center guy shied away in doing his work for which he is payed. His payment is made from their customers money. Customer pays amount in belief that he will get good service, but they cheat their customer.

They have to understand my apprehension. In this situation we cant continue their service and if they are not ready to accept their staff mistake, please take take further steps.

I am here explaining whole process, and this is last time-

Got problem in receiving channels in the start of June

Complained about it after a week, as I was busy in some other work.

Their executive told me this problem is due to no balance.

Then got recharged of Rs 300.

Problem then also persisted.

Again called Their executive, he said- its technical problem we have to send engineer.

Now if it was technical problem, then please let me know what was that technical problem. If They justify this problem, then I will pay 300 Rs and continue.

If They have to send an engineer just to click a button then I think they want to raise money illegally to grow their company. Because this was the process of starting their service after I recharged my account, if they can't train Their executives of their contact center, then why should I pay penalty for that.

Rs 300 is the amount we can pay, but if they will treat like this, then they will be forcing me to invest 2000 Rs again for a new DTH connection other than this.
