I am Ankit Pathak an airtel digital tv cutomer from lucknow. I wanted to activate the espn package and ordered the comapny via SMS as it was displayed on the menu but nothing happned then i ordered them on the cutomer care number but nothing happned once again for 2 to 3 days infact many times i called them they told me that server is down and not only that many times they told me that there is a technical issue but i cooperated with them. Then when no one was addressing my complaints i went to digtal tv customer relationship centre but they did not listen to me infact they were busy doing their own work.

Then i sent a mail to Airtel Digital tv and got a call only ONCE during whole of this problem and Ms Ruchi from Delhi told me that she will activate my package and she also told me the same thing that there is some technical issue. I also told her that i am unable to open an acount on their web site to avvail some more services but nothing has happned of that complaint as wll. Not only that she sent me a MAIL that was not addressed to me. I also told her about all the misbehaviour but she only listened and there was no satisfactory answer at all.

I am not angry for the incovienience that i had but the way in which they have dealt with this and they are dealing right now and has forced me to write this mail.

Not only this there executive does not inform us of any package other than the costliest one. I hope my complaint will be taken from here and will be looked after in a better way than the company is doing.
