1.Please refer activation voucher number 3110831751886241.
2. The customer care service was informed for the same (Customer ID 3001853972)) and we were told that the requisite personnel assigned to the task will come and do the needful on 24 Oct.
3. In spite of reminding the customer care executives almost every day, only complaints numbers are given every day viz 1289751 and 1301389; so far nobody has turned up and done the needful.
4. I am really disappointed and do not know what to do.
I would really appreciate if the something can be done from your side, otherwise i will take it a one of those things, forget Rs 1750.00-/- and switch over to some other service provider.
I wish Airtel, the best in its endeavours.
