Simply the recorded version of instruction is going on repeated again and again for so many times in no.18001028080 and nobody is coming on the line even you press 1, 2, 3, 4 and so on. Sending sms message is also another headache. Whatever sms message you send to no.54325 pointing out the name of the channel required or mentioning the channel no of that channel, does not meet with any solution. Instead a reply will appear such as ' keyword not defined' and what is that ' keyword' means no dealer in chennai city is aware of it to tell the customer. Horrible experience for the last 3 days!
I dont know how to get on with such type of service provider (Airtel digital tv). Any solution visible?
