I made a payment over phone to the Airtel Digital TV customer care with my credit card on 3rd November, 10. I was told it would be installed within 72 hrs. since then 17 days elapsed no one came, no one called. I made at least 50 phone calls to the customer care asking for installation. They each time apologized and promised to install within 24 hrs. Dozens of such promises perished. Nothing happened. I cannot believe a company as big as Airtel can cheat me like this! Can I get my money back?
