Airtel digital TV connectindia
Not recieved Goa tour package

My customer ID is 3000932854 and i purchased product some 30 days back.

I bought it from connectindia through an online purchase. My online purchase was based on a free offer of Goa tour for two. Till the date I purchased Airtel digital TV from connectindia, I am continuously following up with these guys but are lingering it on and lot of time their representative Mr. Tohfic (09958877676) keep his phone on switch off mode and he is lingering it on daily basis.

Please get the problem resolve as soon as possible.
