Deduction of negative balance from my digi tv account

Sir

on 14th september i purchased one air tel digi tv of 3 months subscriprion free package. on 15th september the customer care officer of airtel digi tv send a sms on my mobile number regarding negative balance of my digi tv and he also advised me for immediate recharge. I surpised as to how despite of 3 months 1 day only passed and the digi tv needs to be recharged. please help and guide me in this regard otherwise i shall be harassed.
