Poort Network and Service

I have no network in my DIsh and gave a complaint. Next day no one comes so I call them again.

I get a service request of any engineer visiting after 2 days. So I will be without TV for 4 days.

If Airtel does not have enough technical people why are they selling products. No Signal SLA should be 4 hrs.

Also believe me they have un trained customer care, always says system is slow. Please wait.
