No clear picture

I have been complaining for last 15 days

the first complaint was on 15-09 (complaint no 1062567)

second complaint was on 19-09 (1078871)

third complaint was on 21-09 (1088619)

4th complaint was on 21-09 (1088655)

5th complaint was on 26-09

6th complaint was on 28-09

7th is complaint is on 01-10

so till today no one has attended my complaint.
