I recharged my account on 24.4.2011 and since 25.4.2011 I'm unable to view any channels. My setup box is down since 25th April and the company is willfully deducting the daily amount from my account without showing me any channels.

I'm repeatedly complaining to the customer care numbers (both tolled & toll free) and every time i get the same response that your complaint is being looked into and it being forwarded to the concerned persons. But none has come to resolve the problem.

Yesterday around 4.30pm i once again called up customer care executive and was shocked to hear that only one complaint dated 26.4.2011 has been made by me and that has been resolved. I was astonished to hear that my all complaints were forwarded to deaf ears and i was just being made to understand that problems are being resolved. So this time i insisted executive to provide me a complaint number (7539232), so that once again I may not be the part of the same trick.

But the customer are here to be fooled. So in reply to my complaint i received an sms stating that my compliant has been resolved. I checked up my Tv and the position was same and it was showing no signals.

Kindly look into the matter urgently.
