Dear Sir,
i am a customer of Airtel Dth services. service is registered on my father name with the customer id 3000087509. i lodge a complaint about a unproper edeptor which affecting picture quality. i got reply via sms that my complaint is solve but there was no action taken by the airtel.after some days again i lodge a complaint that time they solved it in that action they have to deduct rs 300/- once as a service charge. but after a month they deducted rs 300/- again and saying that you lodge 2 complaint so you have to pay twice.
