Stay away from Airtel DTH.
I purchased the Airtel DTH and have run into issue from the begining.
First the Airtel office sales person told be wrong rates and after subscription and checking the charges I had to query on call center 7 time to finally get the answer and then had to pay extra . (3 to 4 times they hung upon me) Very Bad...
Then one day the system stopped working (Less than 45 days of installation)... I registered complaint and no response for 3 days...
Then a person called stating he will visit my flat and fix the issue... no one turned up...
Next day I get SMS stating this issue is fixed... not was working, no one came and they just closed the complaint ..I had to register another complain... new complaint number...
Then I got another call saying some one will come to falt to fix the issue .. no one turned up...
called helpdesk again.. same old response, we will send some one soon... 6 days gone..from the start of issue...
This system doesnt work... avoid airtel DTH... very poor customer service... issues till not fixed
