DTH service suspendend after doing the proper recharge on My account 3000210618

My consumer id with Airtel digital TV is 3000210618

This complaint is with regards to the incorrect account balance shown in my account.

I done my recharge of the Airtel digital TV on 24 th of oct with 500 rs at that time my account balance was negative 85 rs (approx), this negative balance however cannot more than 100 rs negative as they only can have seven days grace period and my daily usage charges comes to some where around Rs 14 per day.

On 3rd Nov my balance was moved to negative Rs 410.83 and my services were discontinued

After this I have registered following complaint with Airtel digital tv on

3rd of Nov - complaint no 1357089,

4th of Nov - complaint no 1369475,

7th of Nov - complaint no 1440121,

8th of Nov - complaint no 1448141

11th of Nov - complaint no 1464564 and

14th of Nov - Complaint No 1478381

but to my surprise all this complaints are resolved from Airtel digital tv side but

My services is not yet resumed and I am still not able to view TV.

I am in loss of almost Rs 700 and I am going through mental stress due to this and am not able to view TV.

I want my services to be continued for the amount that I have paid Post that I want to discontinue the services from Airtel digital service with the full refund of Rs 2500 that I have done and while purchasing this AIRTEL digital TV.
