i took an AIRTEL dth connection on 25 of march but let me share my experience with you all
i felt that the airtel digital tv is good in terms of picture clarity but the worst part is that of their customer service
i have never seen this type of customer service
i have been using reliance broadband but the customer service is excellent infact the customer executive cannot disconnect our call unless confirming us
but when i called to airtel this executives were so rude and and kept me on hold for almost 25 mins wherein i could able to hear them chatting and having fun with their colleagues and then they disconnected my call even without solving my query
later on i recd an sms stating that your complaint have been resolved
i had called to customer care centre for almost 4-5 times but not be satisfied.
really i would say that airtel customer service lacks professionalism they should try to improve it other wise they will definitely loose customers
i really now feel that i should have opted BIG TV instead of AIRTEL
