I am cosumer of airtel dth service on 20-04 two service engineer come to change my dth transponder.after changing the same, i found that the signal has been disapear and i unable to watch the program properly.when i complaint to the aitel customer care they told me that "they have send engineer again to resolve the service in lieu of that they charge me Rs 100. for this service. why should i pay for the same, that's not my mistake the fault has been occur by their service engineer"
