E-installation charges

HI,

My Airtel-DTH is getting "no-signal" problem again and again. I got solved this problem two times before but this time I requested to re-install my Airtel-DTH in the same home but at different place. I confirmed the charges of installation that was 200 RS, But when the agent came, he demanded 300 RS and when we told about the conversation with customer care agent. He just refused to come at my home.

Its not a matter of money, Its just a matter of trust and services that Airtel provides.
