I BOUGHT NEW AIRTEL DTH INSTALLATION KIT AND DATE OF ACTIVATION AND INSTALLATION WAS CONFIRMED TO ME BY THE COMPANY THROUGH SMS ON MY MOBILE BUT NOBODY CAME TO INSTALL. EVEN NOBODY GAVE CALL FOR THE DELAY. WHEN I CONTACTED THROUGH CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS TOLD THAT THEIR REP WILL COME NEXT DAY BUT NOBODY CAME... VERY BAD EXPERIENCE IN INSTALLATION OF AIRTEL DTH...
