I have Airtel DTH connection (Big mistake!). Most of the time it does not work and following message is displayed on TV screen:
"Inserted view card is not an Airtel view card or it may not be inserted properly. Please insert a valid viewing card correctly again.
Error Code: 2"
Even after several complains, they do not resolve the issue till now. Worst part is that, they mark and complain as resolved without taking any action on this.
I am also suffering from service problem mentioned above and from past 10 days my tv is dumb because of your worst service
I am tired of complaining and still there is no resolution.
