I experienced the same problem... i called my frnd at about 3:45 pm on 20th jan. We talked for 20 min, and it cost me Rs.20 in happy hours... Why airtel does things like this???
they already have huge subscribers in India and still they cheat in these ways to draw money from users. This is seriously causing damage to their reputation. Hope they take some right actions to avoid such things...
