I had been using Airtel post paid (Corporate plan) connection untill march. In month of April I asked for disconnection of my no. vide my e-mail request dated Ref No. |240320092930 [email protected]..
Thereafter I was several times contacted by airtel executives to not to disconnect it. I converted it into prepaid life time. After some days, i found that my number was disconnected. I informed this all to care exe and relationship center.
I received a response that my address verification was negative. Though, with the same ID I was enjoying post paid connection for one year.
I tried to contact their nodal office and [email protected] their reply is same as given c care executive.
I wrote once agin to [email protected] and nodal officer, both bodies are keeping mum.
I want to know how to get my mob number and about in which conditions verification may go wrong.
I m dead sure that the ID and address given were 100%valid and genuine..
