Gprs activation and poor customer care response

I have sent message to activate gprs... But iam failed to connect it correctly... so i called to customer care and followed what all they said...

But even then it got failed... And i tried to call them again... but not getting better service from AIRTEL

I lost 15 rupees pre paid credit... but not able to access the service... so please call to my number and solve my problem soon...
