About connection disconnection

good morning

i want to say that i am a consumer of airtel gprs my mobile no. is 9729075790

i pay my 700 rs pending bill at 21 feb

and balance 35 instead of 32 Rs at 26 /02 to clear my account which is only 32 balance at feb 26

and i request to disconnect my no. so that i dont want to continue my gprs connectio

i have this connection is without voice so i cant call to customercare

sir i ask for any formalities about disconnection and they told me to clear my unbilled amout which is only 32 Rs, i paid and come with my Receipt

but after few day i got airtel bill of Rs about 350

i complain to concerned airtel office X-Press communication pehowa chowk kaithal that why i got this bill

they called your connection is in running position clear your bill then it will disconnected

i request them to disconnect my connection so that my next bill come to me that is 785.47 Rs

this is not my fault

what can i do in this setuation

please tell me my contect no is 9255255348

please tell me why my no. is not disconnected till now

please help me in this case this is my second complain on this site but not reply found of first
