Sir/madam,
i, phone no. 9893960167, received a message from no.64611050 dated 13/9/08, thanking me that u have succesfully downloaded a java game from Airtel Live WAP service and deducted Rs.50/- from my prepaid account.
But the problem is that i never downloaded anything from Airtel Live and still charged Rs.50/- .I have been trying to complain in customer care but they were not willing to look into the matter and they were infact blaming me.
So kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and make sure that justice is done or i will be forced to switch on to some other better services network.
