My mobile connection number 9975849994 was deactivated on 9th january on the grounds on documents not sumbmitted, though i had already submitted my complete documents when i had taken the connection (3rd january). on quering at customer relationship office kondhwa i was told that company has changed that format and so i have to fill the form again, i did the same and was assured that my connection will start on monday evening, but on monday when i inquired I was told that the person who takes the forms has forgotten to take my form and so because of this my connection will be activated on tuesday.
I am suffering because of the their negligence. This type of things are not expected from Airtel. Plz Help.
