Unwanted services and false charges

I was infomed that Archies_comics_wap subscription is enable to my mobile phone 9929156003without my permission from message centre 64611010 and every week they are charging Rs10/- form my paid account. I had made complaint (No. 917985800) for this and still they are practising the same. Kindly do the needful and all the amount deducted so far may please be reimbursed to my account.
