I am a prepaid customer to Airtel (919849983975) for the past 6 years. Last december (dec) i changed my ECS mandate so that Airtel collects monthly bill from this bank. Though their call centre claims the airtel records are upadated with the new bank. The bills are stilling going to old bank forcing me maintain the old bank. I made around 50 calls to their call centre and sent several emails without any positive result.
