Password for internet login

Dear Sir/Ma'am

1. I am an Army officer presently posted since 14 Aug on LOC (kashmir). I dont have a complaint as such against Airtel. I have a Post paid connection of Airtel since Feb. I had being paying monthly bills on- line. For this i had registered my self with them. Few days back i wanted to log on but had forgotten the password. To get the password / reset the same they said that the same will be forwarded in sms form to my mobile no. Now the problem is that presently where i am posted Airtel signal does not come. Only BSNL functions. I am using bsnl gprs service to contact u. I dont know how to contact them that's why seeking u r help. May i request you to tell them to send the resetted password to my email address. My Airtel No is 9797798480. The User ID for login is "samboy". I dont want to default on the monthly payment which is due since last one week. Present contact no is 9419029536. You are also requested to send confirmation on my email- if any action has been taken. Kind of u. Thank you.
