Hi,
I have a post paid connection (cell phone number). I created an online account (userid: amandeep_singh_mann).
Later i got a broadband connection and linked that one too, to the same user id. Now i used this account to pay the bills for both of them, viewing payment history and all the services provided by Airtel.
Then i got the broadband connection canceled.
Wolah! after that i am never able to login into my account using this user id. Can someone please correct the assumption of Airtel people that a consumer disconnecting broadband connection doesn't mean he/she is completely switching to another company for all services.
Now i have created a new user id for the same opst-paid connection (cell phone number), but all my payment history for past 2 years is gone!! :-(
Airtel is pretty good at deleting user data.
