Airtel India- Hello tune
Poor service

Some 2 months back early Nov. I received call from Airtel customer care executive about free download of fav. Hello tune. I told my requirement of Hello tune from Film "DON". My required Hello tune was" DOn ka intejaar to 11 mulko ki"...".

Executive attended my requirement & assured me to add this hello tune to my account. Since then Airtel is putting only wrong Hello tunes in my account. I have complained almost 50 times to customer care executives, airtel offices nearby. But no one is working. They have 3 times deducted money for the mistake they have made. Why should I suffer.? Fianlly, on 27 Jan I sent SMS to Unsubscribe me from that service. But again on 29 Jan, I found Rs.30/- deducted from my balance. Why???
