This is Meenakshi Jain. I had taken AIRTEL internet connection around a year back.
Now i want to disconnect it. I had filed a request for the same first on 16th jun in customer care.
They gave me assurance that my connection will be disconnected within 7 days (According to SLA). I had filed the request such that i can get the bill before 26th jun so that i can present the same in my company for reimbursement. After 16th i have called customer care around 10-15 times and every time they come up with different differnt issues. They say that they have resumed my connection by taking my consent but i never gave any consent.
And all becuase of this delay now my company will not reimbuese it and i have to pay it from my pocket.
Moreover to this now when i dial again to customer care then now a days i get a message "ur payment is not received so outgoing facility is disconnected".
while i have already paid the bill via check and amount has been deducted from my account.
I am really annoyed with the kind of service provided to me and it has troubled me alot.
I request you to plz take some action
