Called the airtel kerala customer care at 12.55 am on 17th july from the 91 9851 23578 for clarification.
i called the airtel kerala customer care to ask, why do they provide a rental service without asking the customer's permission?
the customer care agent is stammering and not able to answer the questions
asked the agent to transfer the call to TL
TL disconnected the call while talking
call came from airtel chennai (roshan - 91 9840961214) apologising this issue, said that it was a technical problem.
but still not answered my question.
why the rental service was imposed on my mobile number without getting my permission (even if its for free)?
