Exorbitant and wrong billings

I had both broadband and lndline of airtel. I found the billings of broadband very huge since my downloading is very very minimal. Even during the period of my absence from my home which was kept locked for a month, I received broadband downloading charges' bill. Fortunatelt I 'm also a subscribe rof Airtel mobile services and the bills for the same period (May 09) shows roaming charges for all my calls made from Tamilnad state. My lawyer says it's a fit case for consumer -forum.

I seek your guidance.
