I have made landline (0120 4131603) bill payment thru ICICI bank online bill pay facility on 24th Oct 07 but till date I am being harrased thru calls and mails from AIRTEL team to pay the same.
I have provided them bank statement payment proofs thru several mails but these people are totally indifferent in their approach and repeatedly calling for teh payment and proof of the same if paid already. I fail to undersatnd how these people are working and more so paid for their this kind of job performance.
