I would want to bring to your notice that i got a call from your customer care department asking me to pay the bill for 46578109, for which i told them to send an executive the next day after giving me a call. I would want to inform you that the 2 calls i got from airtel today. That girl doesn't know how to speak to the cutomer and she banged the phone down saying that you did not get your bill paid and was extremely rude. I would want you to take some action otherwise i would want to surrender both my airtel landlines. I wish the time im giving writing this mail doesnt, go wasted as i am a very old customer of Airtel, my mobile no being 9810552757. Kindly take some action and get back to me, after which only i would pay my airtel bills and continue with your service.
