Sir,

I was charged antivirus charges despite my mail to not renew it as the antivirus could not remove a malignant virus. The company did not give credit after much haggling and instead stopped all outgoing calls. I decided to stop the connection and gave the request in june/ july. On 1/7 a request for disconnection was accepted but I continued t receive bills. I was approached for reconnection on 29/7/09 by their man but I told only if I get respite and only land line not internet connection. But on 1st of August, 09 Airtel customer care did not oblige for rental waiver till reconnection as they said it is running in July and there was request though no such request made as I was away on assignment. I decided to finally disconnect the reconnection request in my Sept, 09 mail to them but they did not do it till now and I am being pushed against wall. I told them that I had out of sheer frustration decided to disconnect the reconnection offer on 1st of August, 09 and mailed them again on 21st of August and 5th of Sept, 09 but they still are sending the bills though I removed all their equipments in July09 after their confirmation of disconnection.

I wrote 20 mails in the process and wrote t Nodal office but they insist on their side of story and forcing me t pay for the period I did not use or request the connection.

I request your help from agonising experience of chasing them for unwanted billing.
