Not received bill

This is my first month of landline connection, along with 799 unlimited broad band connection. I got a message on my mob on 10/11/09 stating that ur bill has been generated on 06/11/09 due is 331/- due on 26/11/09. its already 18/11/09. Still now no bill reached me. I never used the phone much for such an amount to generate. If I never received the bill I will never pay the bill. I never deleted the msg from my mob.

arrange to send detail bill before due date.
