I priyanka sehdev, am holder of an airtel landline connection in new delhi.my no. is 01145035103.i ve never asked for a caller tune on my landline phone but it has been twice that i come to know from others that there is a song on the caller tunes and hence some charges are added on my next bill. so please stop duping your customer of forced charges and stop putting caller tunes.
